We process the data you provide yourself in the “Puppy Inquiry” form: your name, e-mail address, phone number, country and city, information about your home and expectations regarding a puppy, and the content of your message.

We use your data solely to handle your inquiry, contact you, and responsibly match a family with our puppies. We do not use it for marketing or profiling.

Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) given when submitting the form, on taking steps at your request, and on our legitimate interest in conducting correspondence (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and correspondence, no longer than 24 months from the last contact, or until you withdraw your consent if earlier.

Your data may be processed by trusted technical providers acting on our behalf — a form-handling service and an e-mail provider — solely to deliver your message. We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, to object, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (PUODO).

Data sent via the “Puppy Inquiry” form is delivered to the kennel’s e-mail inbox. Providing the data is voluntary but necessary for us to reply to your inquiry.

The site does not use cookies for tracking or marketing. Only technical mechanisms necessary for the site to function correctly are used.
